  HIDEOUS customer service and I haven't even been yet. As a potential new patient I shouldn't have to beg everyday to be called back. 3 calls in 3 days and one sad email later still nothing. Empty promise of "the scheduler is on the other line and will call back". If you're that busy hire more staff or better yet.... State that at this time you ARENT TAKING NEW PATIENTS. Seems the previous reviews look sadly familiar. Yet people keep going. They must offer some magical pill there ....

  There's a reason this office is rated so low. Avoid at all costs. They just want your money. I almost had an unnecessary $6000 leep surgery to "remove CIN3 cells to avoid them turning into cancer" per doctor Unell. Well after scheduling my surgery with the ONCOLOGIST like suggested and showing up for my pre op the hospital nurse, thank the Lord, recommend me cancel the surgery and get another opinion. Well 4 doctors later, ALL my test came back completely normal. NORMAL. No CIN1 or 2 or 3 cells like Unell said. None. I'm 20 and they recommend me to have a part of my cervix removed which is NEVER recommend at my age unless absolutely necessary. It can cause cervical incompetence making carrying children to term harder. All because of this doctor and the cheap, unthorough, incompetent lab ProPath they use.
